"Go to the people; learn from them; love them; start with
what they have. But of the best leaders, when their task is
accomplished, their work is done, the people will remark, "We have
done it ourselves."
Did you get to hear Tatyana Azbel's interview on the 1st June
2007? Born and raised in Russia, Tatyana's perspective provided an
eye opening point of view with wonderful insights into "Coaching
from a Cultural Perspective." So often we assume that the way it is
for us, born in the countries that we come from, is the only way to
view how life occurs. As usual though, you will be able to listen to
Ms. Azbel "on demand" at www.patriciahirsch.com
where all previous interviews are also cached.
Meanwhile do tune in to our two upcoming interviews where you can
listen to us in "real-time" or "on demand" at www.patriciahirsch.com.

On 15th June, 2007, Aboodi Shabi, Professional Certified Coach
and one of Europe's leading and most senior coaches, will be
interviewed from the United Kingdom. Aboodi was founding
co-President of the UK ICF, graduated from CoachU and is also a
Newfield Network Certified Ontological Coach. He presently manages
Newfield Europe programs and is a perfect candidate to discuss the
subject of "Ontological Coaching."
On 29th June, 2007, our interview will be with Doug Gfeller,
Master Certified Coach. Doug is active and lives in here in southern
California, where he is Chairman of Renaissance Executive Forums of
Orange County and creates top-level forums of CEOs, Presidents, and
entrepreneurs and key executive forums of senior managers. Doug is
also on the International Coach Federation - Orange County Board
with me as the President Elect, taking the office of President 1st
January, 2007. In my opinion, our wonderful ICF-OC President chose
well in requesting Doug take over from her and I look forward to his
leadership also. Come find out why when he will be interviewed on
the timely subject of "The Power of Mastermind Groups in
Coaching."
Once again, thank you for your continued support of the
profession of coaching. What I am considering in the near future is
putting something together where you will be able to ask questions
and get answers with the fabulous professional coaches that I am
honored to be able to interview on a bi-weekly basis. It may be in
the form of instant messaging or via email or perhaps even an
ongoing blog. If you have suggestions, please send them to me!
Meanwhile, happy end of Spring!
