Carol Courcy
Carol Courcy, Vice President-The Newfield Network, Inc. and Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, will be interviewed on "What to do when more of the same is not an option!" on the upcoming "Coaching Conversations with Patricia Hirsch" show.

This conversation is for anyone who's encountering a time in their life where they know or suspect something has to change.  Step one… it is essential to declare something missing in life… you want to do more or less of something and if left to what you already know (your own skills, attitudes, and resources) you will likely do more of the same instead of get what you hope for.  The longer you do more of the same and don't tap into other resources, the more likely that resentment and resignation will take hold.  Those moods tend to create isolation.  Isolation is a poor strategy to make changes and yet it’s what many of us do.

Come listen in as Ms. Courcy weaves us through what we can do, the similarities and differences of resources like coaching, mentoring and therapy; how to choose what’s best, when to change, what motivates you to change and what happens if you choose nothing. www.newfieldnetwork.com

Cindy Reinhardt Cindy Reinhardt, Master Certified Coach, is a catalyst for change, results, and growth! She coaches individuals and teams to create what they really want, challenging them to break through the invisible, internal barriers that most often hold us back.

Cindy's clients learn to take control of their lives, to see choices where there seem to be none, and to change. Says Cindy, "Most of us want life to be 'better' but not 'different'. We fear change and hang on to the way things are, even when they aren't great. But we are always changing as is the world around us, so it's important to learn to change what we can and let go of the rest."

In addition to working with individual and group clients, Cindy is an active and founding member of the International Coach Federation, and holds the profession's highest certification, Master Certified Coach.

In 2002, Cindy was selected to participate in the prestigious Leadership Texas program and currently serves on the alumni association board. She is a past president of Executive Forum in Lubbock, Texas and serves as President of the Llano Estacado Audubon Society.

A business owner since 1986, Cindy works with both private and public/non-profit sector clients. She is the co-author of "Closing the Gap in Management - 10 Weeks to Refocus, Rebalance, Retool How you Manage". Committed to combining business profitability with a full life, Cindy enjoys hiking, birding, reading and simply hanging out at home.
