ICF Hyderabad Chapter Panel Discussion: The core objective is to create more awareness about the ICF Hyderabad Chapter in the world, and also let the world know about the work they are involved in including community service, marketing campaigns, podcasts, virtual events, etc.

Gaurav Arora (GRV) is President Elect of the ICF Hyderabad Chapter (ICF-HCC). This chapter is a non-profit organization that propagates the art & science of coaching in India. He is the founder of Inspire Coaching Systems, a professional training and coaching company. He is a part of the nine Global ICF Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee will work together to deliver a slate, or list, of recommended candidates to fill open 2013 Board positions, from the applications of qualified ICF members in good standing who submit nominations for open positions. He is also a host of an online talk show “Coaching Matters”- An exclusive show for the aspiring and credentialed coaches. (http://coachingmatterspodcasts.blogspot.in/). He has had the privilege of interviewing Sir John Whitmore, Janet Harvey, Dr. Damian Goldvarg, Sandy Vilas, Steve Mitten, Jerry Udelson, Darelyn Mitsch, Dianne Brennan, Dr. Ethelle Lord, Dr. Judy Krings, Sue Knight, Teri-E, and many other esteemed guests.



Balaji Renganathan (often called “Bala”), volunteers as Director – Publications at the Hyderabad Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF-HCC), a non-profit organization that propagates the art & science of coaching in India. Bala is strongly driven about helping individuals, groups and organizations unlock their people potential; he specializes in leadership and career coaching as well as team coaching. Inspired by his training at the University of Sydney’s Coaching Psychology Unit, where he acquired his Master of Organizational Coaching, Bala lays strong emphasis on evidence-based approach to coaching. Bala draws from his two-decades of HR/ OD experiences with diverse organizations such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, manufacturing, direct sales, e-commerce and information technology, to help individuals navigate their leadership and career challenges effectively, as well team unlock their collective potential. Bala also holds another Masters in Social Work; he is also trainer in accelerating implementation (change management), and a certified assessor/ feedback coach for Hogan, Harrisson & PDI Assessment. Bala also holds a full-time role as Senior Manager – Learning & Development at an NYSE listed IT organization, and drives their leadership development programs.



Sangeetha has done her Bachelors in Science and Executive MBA (B600, The Capable Manager Programme, USA) in Human Resources. She has about 15 years of experience and has been in Human Resources and Learning & Development functions in IT, ITES, Banks, FMCG, Pharma companies. She has been trained as a exective coach from Coach You University, USA. She is a certified Empowerment Coach from ICF (International Coach Federation) she is a certified and licensed trainer in Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills from Kepner & Fourie Thinking Dimensions, USA. She is a NLP & DISC Practioner. She is certified in Ontology (The science of Being ) from Landmark Education (USA). She works with wide range of companies as a Empowerment Coach . She is engaged as a consultant for various learning & Development interventions in various organizations across India. She works with various NGO’s in Hyderabad to support education for various less privileged children. She practices Yoga , Meditation, Reiki and most importantly she practices “Gratitude.”
